 Support the OE Champion to ensure a communized approach to Operational Excellence.
 Improve site performance by facilitating the implementation of Lean Sigma principles, Operational Excellence tools and methodology to achieve business goals and targets.
 Facilitate Strategy Deployment, Tactical Implementation Plans/Countermeasure management with Senior Leadership.
 Facilitate Owner-led kaizens in support of the annual strategy, identify the need for countermeasures to keep the projects on track to delivery.
 Assist in the development of 'Accountability to Commitment' at all levels
 Transfer OE tools, techniques, knowledge and skills to site management & associates.
 Identify and resolve performance improvement project issues and risks that impede progress.
 Manage a prioritized utilization of resources to achieve Site Goals.
 Network with other OE staff to exchange and implement learning and good practice
 Coach/Mentor/Facilitate all levels of management in OE, Standard Work, Layered Performance Management.
 Assign and coordinate work assignments to OE Experts to support all departments with goal attainment through Operational Excellence.

 Leads in the application of industrial engineering techniques/concepts to set productivity standards for various processes and work methods
 Process improvements to increase productivity by introducing new Manufacturing practices.
 Improving existing process on cost savings and functionality improvements.
 Job routing of production files through SAP & monitoring KPI of production shop floor.
 Generating first article report for new process which covers functionality and reliability.
 Maintenance and development of user manuals to latest process design.
 Leads in the development, improvement, and implementation of processes to shorten production cycle time, lower cost, and improve quality through the expert application of Lean
 Manages and controls the scope (work cell structure), cost, and timing of processes through time studies
 Develop optimal process designs and efficient utilization of resources (e.g. machines, equipment, materials, personnel) and line balancing
 Leads the analysis and design of the value stream, including capability, capacity (e.g. outsourcing, supplier selection & performance), work flow and logistics (e.g. lead-time, material handling, transportation, factory layout)
 Assist/Involve in projects and initiatives on increasing productivity, saving costs and implementing new working processes
 Acquired knowledge in preparing TECHNO-COMMERCIAL offer.
 Leading the project transfer plan, implementation plan, ramp up plan, capacity planning.
 Holding capacity review meeting with related departments for capacity expansion plan based on Customer demand & delivery plan.
 Maintaining good Relationship with all the departments within the Organization to meet the Customer’s Demand In terms of quality and quantity.

• Supply Chain Management Analysis & Improvement Process (Hyundai Motors India Ltd-Jan '08 to Apr '08)
It involves the implementation of Kanban System by applying Time & Motion study.

Build and maintain strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.

Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.

Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.

Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.

Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.

Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
