Program Management and technical supervision of the Port Master Systems Integration Package (NPP0067) that comprises of (24) different systems.
• Developed and maintain a Document Monitoring System for CSRC’s and IR’s for easy tracking and reconciliation of documents.
• Reduced significantly overdue submittals pending with PMC from as high as 500 Drawings and Documents to less than 10.
• Consistently exceeds performance expectations by meeting the demands of the job in attending to the review of submittals and undertaking IR inspections at site.

• Supervise Contractor’s Testing and Commissioning activities and certify compliance with the intended functionalities/performance.
