manager's office to the departments. Handling all printing materials (ex: Invoices, Covers, Business cards, Letterhead of the
company, Envelopes, Tourism counsling). Write reports about the various work aspects (Monthly Attendance sheets Deduction, all
employees Vacations, …) Find the problems aspects and try to solve it Communicate with foreign suppliers in many fields. Maintain good working relationships with all external parties. Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
