- Be responsible for, and to oversee the day to day management, staffing, organisation and smooth running of the nursery.
- Be a member of the management team and contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and development of the nursery.
- Be accountable and responsible for day to day financial systems directly relating to the nursery (review invoicing, payments and generating reports)
- Responsible for staffing and recruitment i.e CV selection, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding.
- Work with inspectors during inspections by regulatory bodies and to assist in the implementation of any recommendations.
- Develop and maintain highly professional working relationships with advisory teachers, schools, and other agencies that may visit the nursery.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties (staff, parents, government agencies, etc.)
- Order and maintain equipment and resources in the nursery.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Create a welcoming and family-friendly environment and ensure children are kept safe.
- Ensure the EYLF is promoted and delivered within the setting and the principles are adhered to.
- Planning, execution and reporting of internal reviews of process controls
- Support in identifying improvement opportunities and documenting process action plan.
- Review Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela processes for recertification audit of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008)
- Participation in internal audits of the Quality Management System
- Risk Management Model Coordination for Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela Business Operation Center
- Price Waterhouse Coopers external audits hosting.
- Follow up on external audit recommendations to meet the agreements and targets
- Lead internal audits of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001: 2004) in accordance with the internal control department execution plan.
- Perform internal audits of management
- KPI's reporting and control.
- Reviewing and updating Quality Management System documentation
- Monitoring improvement actions plan and corrective actions plan
Prepare audit programs and execute them
- Report the list of audit issues and discuss it with local Management
- Help documenting action plan to address each issue
- Design improvement plans specially for logistic and administrative areas
- Suppliers assessment
- Management reports elaboration
Accounts Receivable:
- Client accounts receivable management
- Seller's supervision and control
- Management reports generation and sales department KPI's analysis.
