Over-all in charge of corporate compliance management and human resources development, employees evaluation and responsible in resourcing, developing and implementing new rules and workplace policies in accordance with UAE regulations and customer requirements. Leading the Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality teams in the formulation, documentation, implementation of policies and procedures and conduct internal auditing to satisfy the contract requirements and as part of the organisations continuous improvement process. Responsible in developing, finalizing, reviewing technical documents for a pre-qualification requirement and preparing technical tender for submission to qualify on any proposed contract for the project development of the organisation. Supports sales and marketing by formulating policies, developing procedures, supply information and recommending criteria in support to business development of the organization and provide data analysis for improvement. Prepares monthly financial activities of the sales team to see the effectiveness of formulated rules and in order to measure and identify sustainable rules and development based on the KPI and company objective. Act as Management Representative on all aspects related to Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality and overseeing the achievement of new policies and rules designed for the companies implementation of SHEQ management systems. Develop modules, presentation and training related to Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality as part of SHEQ implementation. Maintain improvement in the compliance management system from Ethical, Social, Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality, Clients and Contracts requirements and responsible in maintaining the (ISO) international recognition for quality, health&safety and environmental management system for the group.
Conduct public trainings and in-house trainings for different management systems standards such as quality, environmental, occupational health and safety modules & security requirements to different organisations in UAE. Design and develop presentation modules to adapt to organisations requirement of management systems trainings. Responsible in the business development operations thru trainings and introduction of different management systems standards offered to clients. Presentation of new and present modules for organisation management system and certification requirement. Responsible in attaining increased in market revenue due to public trainings conducted & technical consultations.
Responsible for the compliance requirement and operations of the factory and deals with buyers and customer relations for the business development presentation . In charge of the implementation of the requirement of the US/EU market pertaining to social and security business requirements and comply with their standard operational practice thus continuously exporting to market of more than $100 million in operational level . Performs daily compliance activities and monitoring of implementation for social compliance requirements, human rights and initiate vendors compliance code of conducts . Develop and distribute all policies, programs and procedures pertaining to workplace regulations, social, ethical and humane compliance and responsible in the development and monitoring of programs for resource management and sustain improvement in all areas concerned. Appointed as Quality Management Representative to maintains Quality Management Systems and Assurance of controlled operations. Oversee issues pertaining to Human Resources & Payroll System for Auditing and General Administration requirement. Interprets and administer policies pertaining to hiring and placement of employees, provides information in managing the processing of all personnel actions, prepare reports reflecting business and personnel activities. Develop and implement solutions to enhance process control, prevention and regulatory compliance, trainings programs to ensure conformance to the required standard. Does all the documentation, updates and revision of the company’s internal control systems, policies and procedures and responsible in developing all vendors requirements. Successfully managed to be certified with the Fair Labor Association program and acquiring international recognition of Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production (WRAP) and Global Security Verification for Custom Trade Partnership against Anti-Terrorism (CTPAT) to maintain client requirements.
Graduated with a degree of Bachelor in Computer Engineering, affiliated with the Computer Engineering Society, participated and excelled in the course competition.
