Customer Quality Support / Representative
1. Ensure that the products meet quality requirements.
2. Coordinate with Quality Managers to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers.
3. Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests.
4. Participate in product quality planning and control process based on customer’s specifications and requirements.
5. Inform quality management team regarding customer feedback and expectations on product’s quality.
6. Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers.
7. Train and guide quality management team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
8. Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.
9. Prepare and maintain product quality documentation based on TS specifications.
Customer Complaint & Concerns resolution & Technical support
1. By keeping control throughout supply chain by means of patrol audit, non release of documents without CFT approval or Sr. Management wriiten approval.
2. Deviation record to published on monthly basis if given by QA or Operation Head and take TOPS 8D REPORT from concerns.
3. To make & communicate TOPS 8D report to Customer by taking help of QA Team .
4. To maintain and record ECN in case any process change/customer complaint or audit observations by system or customer with all process change documents.
5. To maintain customer complaint/concern register.
Supplier Assessment Audit, QMS audit, Process Audit & PPAP audit .
1. Analyze and address quality issues with internal and external suppliers. Issue and follow-up CAPA when quality issue arises.
2. Establish and perform supplier audit plan to lead them in quality and ensure they can supply product within specifications.
3. Build plan to develop supplier, work with Engineering and Purchasing to develop new supplier.
4. Provide technical support and guidance to quality team to solve quality issues.
5. Work with quality inspector from incoming to outgoing to understand all project items, components, assembly technical details.
Deputy management representative for IATF 16949
1. Prepare the Risk analysis & context of organisation for all process owner
2. Co-ordination with all functions for completion of IQAs as planned. To ensure that NCs are closed Ontime.
3. Leading to customer audit for process & system
4. To maintain KPI data of all functions. Monthly follow up with respective functions for KPI Data.
5. To ensure that related QMS documents are available for all the business processes.
6. Coordination for MRM. Record MOM. Communicate and Implement action points with respective functions.
