Tasks completed:
2006 - 2008. Designed and implemented an end-to-end project of a company as a television broadcaster and digital multiplex provider. The facility includes: a) a tapeless television production complex (on-air studio, SCR, MCR, computer and network infrastructure); b) operation centre for TV program packaging (encoding, multiplexing and monitoring equipment); c) two DVB-T transmitting sites based on the synchronous (single frequency) network). Developed projects for further growth of the company production facilities and broadcast network.
2009 - 2010. Developed a project of air broadcast automation. Implemented a media assets management and automation broadcast system named iXFerus.
2011 - 2012. Developed the project and organized construction of the second production television facility, containing the on-air studio, second SCR, video editorial room. Installed end-to-end news production and playout solution Cinegy. News room has started its work since June, 2012.
Tasks completed:
Built an effective management system for production television complex (recording studio and live broadcast, transmission control room, satellite/master control room and uplink to Amos-2 satellite). Developed and implemented the project to upgrade satellite control room (airtight room, multichannel control and monitoring system, expanding bandwidth on 10759Н transponder, maintenance and implementation of the broadcast system from 11647 H transponder).
Task completed:
Built up the operation of the branch “from scratch” (staff hiring, equipment acquisition, development of the branch regulation, development and successful implementation of regional ad inserting project, service support of regional ad inserting systems in three cities from the central control facility).
Tasks completed:
Developed and implemented the project for TV production complex reconstruction. Transferred production from analog to digital format, introduced non-linear editing technology, started tapeless video production
