Responsible for all security operations and concerns
•Consistently recruiting excellent staff and maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

Responsible for safety of the guests, workers and hotel building.

•Monitoring all security operations including security patrols, surveillance systems, door locking mechanisms, etc...
•Initiating or maintaining policies and procedures safety and security in general of people working and living at hotel property.
•Training and developing security staff and hotel staff regarding emergency procedures
•Responsible for implementation of Qatar Clean Program during Covid-19 crisis
•Managing all security operations for Ozone-Night club and Bubles-Bar lounge
Currently in capacity as Acting Head of Security department (reporting directly to GM and Operations Manager)
•In charge for overall safety of Guests, Employees, Hotel Outlets and Facilities.
•Managing all security operations for the night club, , Pure" and restaurant-bar, , Claw".
•Cooperating with local authorities, crime prevention and investigation.
•Monitoring CCTV department and providing necessary reports for constant improvements.
•Implementing and following Fire, Life and Safety action plan for the Hotel building.
Provide a safe, secured, courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service always, following Hotel Standards of Performance.
•Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all hotel related service and products can make recommendations to hotel guests.
•Ensures all aspects of key distribution is done per policies and procedures of the hotel and to report any discrepancy immediately to direct superior.
•Maintain legible and accurate records of all control centre documents to include General Security Log, Key Control, Lost and Found and Visitor Passes.
•Continuously maintain and service all equipment related, or assigned, to the department, as specified in equipment manuals.
Chief of a team security officers, ensuring safety of a Major and government officials.
•Performing random safety inspections and filling appropriate reports accordingly.
•Travelling abroad when require in capacity as personal security escort and attending various seminars and events.
