Chief specialist of project management department at Kudankulam NPP (Nuclear Power Plant)
• analysis of the project activities schedule to adjust the delivery time of equipment;
• monitoring the release of changes to working documentation (WD), discussing them with the Customer for the purpose of its subsequent release for construction;

Project of rehabilitation of TPS Al-Hartha, Iraq
• Monitoring of execution of subcontracts under the project;
• Elaboration and conduct of negotiations in English, preparation and signing subcontracts with local companies for rendering services and carrying out deliveries in the limits of the contract execution;
• Cooperation in business correspondence and negotiations with subcontractors and the Customer at the level of Ministry of Electricity of Iraq;
• Monitoring and verification of works executed by Subcontractors, approval of subcontractor’s invoices for executed works and rendered services;
• Procurement of materials and equipment, semi-finished products, articles and other goods at a local market in the limits of means envisaged by estimated limits for these purposes.
• Management and follow-up of tender procedures for civil and erection works, review and preparation of tender documents and competitive materials for Procurement Department of JSC TPE under TPS Al-Hartha Project.
• Negotiation with foreign contracting parties on settlement of mutual claims and other questions connected with fulfillment of the contract.
• Participation in procedure of customs clearance, acceptance, unloading, processing of cargo in the Country, delivery of equipment and materials by land transport to the construction sites and preparation of certificates of handover the equipment to the Customer.
• Supply activity of auxiliary equipment, materials and services for construction, including control over competitive procedures for planned purchases (preparation of applications for procurement, receipt of technical/commercial offers, forwarding technical/commercial offers for technical expertise, receipt of as- revised technical/commercial offers), negotiation with potential suppliers on approval of conditions of procurement contracts, follow-up of signed contracts till complete fulfillment of obligations by the parties (control and securing fulfillment of obligations under the contract), participation in acceptance of equipment, material resources and services on the following projects:
• Nyaganskaya State region power station (3x410 MW): composition of a final register for goods (25000 entries), submission of the final register to the Customer (JSC «Fortum») including report on actual state of procurements of the goods and information on procurements of subcontractors, provision of «burning» procurements for erection works, control over shipments from factories such as Belgorod Energomash plant etc.
• Serovskaya State region power station, Cherepovetskaya State region power station - preparation and signing contracts, negotiation with equipment suppliers on: Water Treat-ment Plant, Deaerator, Booster compressor station, devices and sensors of Instrumenta-tion and automation, lifting equipment, Relay protection and automation, pump units....

• Business letter writing with the Customer, subcontractors, preparation minutes of meetings, regulations and instructions for project team, control over execution of minutes of meetings, etc., preparation of reports of construction works in MS Project, Primavera;
- Responsible (provision of power resources) for heat and electrical facilities of an enterprise (petroleum storage depot, 6 gas-filling station). - Documentation, development of schemes of electri-cal/heat/water supply and sewerage of the enterprise, procurement of materials and equipment, manage-ment of subordinates (training fire-proof electrical equipment, checking knowledge Rules of technical maintenance of electrical installations of consumers and Safety rules when operating electrical installations of consumers, guidance of personnel on labor protection, etc.); development of measures on energy saving, their implementation, keeping records of consumption of water and waste water, keeping records of precious metals, preparation of reports and other, signing contracts with power supply agencies, preparation of plans of power energy consumption, control over observance of saving heat/energy resources.
