Aircraft maintenance planning supervision. AD`s/SB`s assessment supervision. Compliance with European requirements for continuing airworthiness and aircraft maintenance. Maintenance agreements. Management, engineering. The searching for and purchasing of spare parts. Spare parts transportation. Resolving of AOG situations.
As Sales Manager I was responsible for:
Negotiations with western European partners. Friendly relations with a large amount of clients. Searching for new partners for cargo and passenger transportation. Charter flight calculation. The entire charter flight operation chain, from the charter contract signature to the after flight debriefing. Statistics management. Contracts for wet or dry leasing. As Cargo Charter Sales I was responsible for:
Searching for new partners for cargo transportation. Charter flight calculation. The entire charter flight operation chain, from the charter contract signature to the after flight debriefing.

Operations coordination. Different types of permissions including diplomatic and DG. Planning and flight supervision. Filing FPLs. Briefing for crew preparation. SCR, fuel booking, handling arrangement, hotel booking. EASA requirements. New employee training.
