Responsible for assisting clients in the areas of design and implementation of rewards framework including: fixed and variable pay design, grade structure design, job evaluations, job analysis, C&B benchmarking.
Responsible for developing and implementing defined pay and benefit programs for Middle East countries that are cost effective and support the evolving business needs whilst reflecting local market practices.
• Conducting annual pay review exercise by benchmarking the remuneration and benefits elements of the company versus the market and presenting the findings and recommendations to management.
• Advising local management and employees on any Comp & Ben related issue or business opportunities including full responsibility for maintaining the internal equity and external market relativity’s of the job evaluation processes and grading.
• Responsible for harmonization of TNT team members compensations and benefits elements in line with FedEx.
• Responsible for company medical insurance renewal and negotiations.
Responsible for supporting management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programs for Middle East and India region in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy.
• Preparing supporting data for the review of annual salary budget.
• Assist in the execution, administration and the provision of analytical support for a variety of compensation and benefits policies and programs
• Job evaluation and benchmarking.
• Participating in Mercer salary surveys, interpreting salary data & performing analysis.
• Managing EMIA performance recognition program.
Responsible for payroll calculations and processing, policy implementations and changes, employee onboarding, and dealing with banks, medical/life insurance carriers for Mars Gulf.
• Payroll calculations and processing (Including merit increase, commissions, bonus, overtime, end of service).
• Coordinating with medical insurance providers for inclusion and deletion of members, medical claims and other requests pertaining to Insurance.
• Regular monitoring and administrating the time and attendance system and Policy changes and implementations.
• Creating and providing confidential HR letters for staff, such as salary transfers and certificates, NOCs for personal and business travel if required, probation confirmation and other ER related documentation
• Responsible for associate’s data accuracy and is up to date in the company database.
Responsible for assisting BMO Financial group employees and managers with HR BPO for payroll, recruitment, benefits, leaves of absences, workforce administration, performance management, learning and policies inquires.
• Payroll and pension calculations.
• Maintenance of PeopleSoft HR system
• Assisting and Administrating HRO with benefits, leaves of absence, terminations, records of employment, T4 and W2 forms, new hires and rehires.
• Administrating and consulting employees with their Health and Welfare benefit options and pension plans
