• Preparation of Project Programmed Schedule and updating progress using Primavera P6.
• Assist the PM in planning site activities, production methodology, and sequence, including carrying out the implementation, monitoring delivery, Site Installation, Inspection and Handover schedule in accordance to project schedule.
• Responsible in preparing Progress Claim for the Project.
• Responsible in the Final Settlement of Project Final Accounts at the End of the Contract.
• Checking Sub-contractors Invoices, Claims and verifying in accordance to actual work done at site.
• Liaise with all relevant party parties involved in the project work (sub-contractors & client).
• Attends site weekly meetings, Inspection & monitoring, and prepare report of project progress.
• Prepares bill of quantities and costing of additional works/items for VO approval.
• Monitoring of Off-site fabrication and making sure the work done are as per schedule sequence and notify them if changes in schedule occur.
• Liaise with vendor/supplier for the when the material need at site and making sure material arrived on time and meet specification.
• Preparation of project related materials requisition.
• Monitor the material usage to ensure possible shortage are identified and addressed at earliest possible opportunity.
o Closely monitor the Progress status of all activities in the project as per what has been accomplished, including updates of project status based on target completion date
o Preparation of accomplishment report and Monthly Progress billing to the owner and make sure that all works executed has been claimed.
o Monitoring and tracking cost, reporting project cash flow andinvoice review.
o Super User in Enterprise Resource Planning Job Creation to Job closing using ERP EPICOR 9.0.
o Prepares Quantity Take- Off and Bill of Materials prior booking the PC Elements to EPICOR System.
o Submit Monthly progress report of Production, Delivery and Site Erection ofPrecast & Hollowcore.
o Assisting the compilation of data for the Monthly Cost Report and provide monthly cost reports.
o Responsible in obtaining the actual area of measurements of all spaces for Hollow core slabs.
o Maintain current cost control database & ensures that the reports are presented on time.
o Prepares progress invoices for the amount of work done of each project.
o Performs other cost control, accounting and administrative functions as assigned by Deputy Manager.
o Forecast invoice revenue and Payment Status Report.
o Coordinates preparation and delivery of Precast & Hollow core projects deliverables.
o Responsible of take-off quantities and preparation of Bill of Materials.
o Responsible of Engineering in allocating& assigning Resources on each Operation of the production
o Monitor the Progress status of all activities in the project as per what has been accomplished, including updates of project status based on target completion date.
o Full Coordination with all my suppliers, when their materials/products will be required on site
o Monitor and record all materials arrived in the construction site & check if the requirements are met.
o Monthly project status reports and change orders.
o Monitor and Ensure quality of work.
o Budget monitoring and trend tracking.
o Conduct daily inspection of all Civil, Architectural, Structural, MEP and Finishing works.
o Establish building boundary lines, grid lines & taking profile leveling of the site using total station.
o Lead and supervise all workers for the on-going project.
o Prepares Quantity take off and cutting list schedule for the fabrication of roof trusses.
o Responsible for the preparation of Bar Chart and S−Curve for project, schedule, including Graphical report, such as Cash flow diagram.
o Overall supervision based on actual works at site preparation; manage the cut and fill of earthworks, riprap ping, and construction of perimeter fence, retaining wall construction, lying of Drainage Pipes and waterlines.
o Prepare the schedule of manpower, materials, tools and equipment needed in the project.
o Evaluation and assessment of the Contractors billing, prepare accomplishment report and Progress billing to the owner, including claims of additional works.
o Involved in the coordination with different contractors for bidding, implementation, supervision and technical aspect and other requirements of the project.
o Assisting Inspectors during inspection and rectify if some comments to be taken.
o Responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned personnel’s are coordinating with their respective activities.
o Coordinate directly with the project manager for any problem regarding project implementations.
