• Process all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in accordance with company standard
procedures.
• Transact and negotiate Purchase Orders (POs) on behalf of the Procurement
Manager within authorized limits defined by company policy.
• Prepare comparative cost analyses involving at least three (3) accredited suppliers to
ensure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding prices, quantities, and delivery schedules for
required materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to initiate delivery of materials upon receipt of approved
Purchase Orders.
• Recommend new suppliers for accreditation and managing the de-listing process for
non-performing vendors.
• Utilize SAP in preparing and sending Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to accredited
suppliers, and in creating Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), and Supply
Agreement Release Orders (SAROs).
• Facilitate subcontractor and supplier accreditation processes under the guidance of
the Procurement Supervisor, ensuring compliance with company standards and
documentation requirements.
• Familiarizes oneself with DMCI operations, equipment, administration, systems, and
foreign purchase of materials.
• Monitor purchase order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and warehouse personnel regarding
material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Review technical specifications and material requirements prior to procurement to
ensure compliance with project standards.
• Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation in
the SAP system.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on delivery reliability, pricing, and
product quality.
• Support contract administration activities including documentation, verification, and
tracking of supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure proper receipt, inspection,
and documentation of delivered materials.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contract requirements,
and project timelines.

• Help review and organize technical documentation such as system design
specifications, commissioning procedures, and checklists
• Participate in training sessions and learning opportunities to understand the
commissioning process and LNG operations better
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of commissioning reports, documentation,
and records
• Assist engineers during system inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Support preparation of punch lists and monitoring of system completion status.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams regarding commissioning
documentation.
• Assist in verifying equipment installation against design drawings and specifications.
• Help compile commissioning dossiers and turnover documentation for project
completion.
