Recruitment & Selection
Advising and assisting Line Managers on the recruitment processes
Attending HR Interviews and giving proper feedback to Line Managers
To ensure that all approved vacancies are posted on irecruitment and the various job portals/agents available
Assisting the HR Manager and recruitment managers in the various steps of recruitment including telephonic interviews for applicant screening, scheduling interviews etc
Preparing employment contracts as per the advise of the HR Manager and proper follow up to ensure a smooth joining process
Proper co-ordination with recruited candidates and PRO for visas and legal formalities
Personnel Administration/ Employee Service
Design and implementation of a proper system to capture the leave balances of corporate employees and sending monthly reports to the Line Managers
Managing the employee database on excel and Oracle and ensure updated information is always available
Proper administration of expat benefits including tenancy contracts, renewals, Du, Schooling etc
Proper management of personnel files; ensure that all documents are properly filed and soft copy saved in the server
Proper administration of travel allowance/tickets as per the policy

Enrolling new employees on Oracle to generate employee numbers and assisting the HR Manager user access management
