• Manage, supervise and monitor all activities of project and ensure compliance to all plans and specifications and identify all errors in plans and ensure optimal working of construction personnel.
• Oversee working of all engineering personnel and inspect all materials and assist to resolve all construction process, and recommend improvement to all construction activities by ensuring compliance to specifications, construction schedule and prepare all progress reports
• Make sure that test result for soils or materials are done to determine the adequacy and strength of road layers and concrete.
• Make sure that all materials and equipment used on a project meet the required specifications.
• Manage cash flow and control expenditure for the project in line with the approved budget
• Assessing and determining any extensions of time
• Issuing instruction to the contractor
