I was responsible for identifying, evaluating, onboarding, managing and training authorized Distributors/Resellers to sell company products and services in Turkey and
Central Asian countries. I was also responsible for setting up an adequate distributor program.
I was the representative of Industrial Scientific to these Distributors/Resellers with the objective to maximize revenue, partner engagement and end-user customer
satisfaction. The main business segments I was working in were Mining, Metals, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Refineries.
I was responsible to direct company’s all activities in/out of Turkey in wind and solar industry. I am planning, directing and supervising the technical and operational staff on site, ensuring Quality Control Plan procedure and process compliance. I develop operational briefings, procedures, and key performance metrics and performs other duties and assignments in order to increase company penetration via offering high technology solutions.
I am collecting & analyzing market demand and feedback from proprietors, developers and EPC contractors to relevant technical and business departments. I am also responsible for correct processing of purchase orders in the financial and logistic field.
I was responsible to manage company’s all activities in the region that covers Eastern Europe, Turkey, Middle East and for the growth of the company in Turkey including the entire development process from business development through to project construction. I had full authority to represent EU Montage Danmark ApS in all matters across the company in Turkey. I developed and implemented strategic sales plans, forecasts and performance goals to achieve corporate objectives for wind turbine installation work and maintenance service sales. I managed performance of sales management and took part in monthly sales forecasts and sales strategies for all of designated region. Reviewed and analyzed sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. I managed the development of initial relationships with developers, operators, manufacturers and investors of wind projects in order to achieve the end result of project realization in the energy industry.
I contributed to the development of the New & Refurbished GE Gas Turbine Parts and Equipment division business strategy and derived annual plan and budget. I executed business development activities according to the divisional plan and budget. I Gathered, monitored, analyzed, and shared relevant market development and customer development information in the specific area, in cooperation with the commercial professionals in the region and by networking and relations management, in order to identify opportunities for future business.
I planned, managed multidisciplinary project teams, monitored progression (actions and budget) and realized BD projects, in line with the agreed quality, planning
and budget, and in cooperation with the Company's professionals, (potential) customers, partners and third parties. Also built and coordinated close relationships
with the Company's network, authorities, (potential) customers and JV partners and service providers, in order to ensure their support in the interest of a successful project realization.
Defined services, entered into and managed contracts (performance, cost) with external professionals and or service providers, in line with internal guidelines
(approval, procurement) and if needed in cooperation with division management, in order to ensure the external professional expertise or support to achieve BD objectives.
