• Managing loading/ Capturing payments on AccPacc
• Manage Assets( Update Asset register)
• Perform and review bank reconciliation
• Budget and forecast cash flow monthly
• Finance reporting for meetings

• Scheduling of meeting for departmental projects
• Assist in compiling Reports for stakeholders
• Attending and writing of minutes for all projects meetings
• Communicate and liaise with stakeholders and suppliers
• Assist in Developing effective budget for all Projects periodically
• Ensure efficient, timely and accurate distribution of projects funds
• Provide administrative support to the project manager
• Over see, Review expenditure and Allocation of funds to projects activities
• Monitor work activities related to projects
• Prepare local and international travels related to projects
• Timeous submission of progress reports to projects funders
