Daily Online Maintenance of Ammonia and Urea Plants, Trouble Shooting and running Maintenance Jobs.
•Workshop Service Calibration of Control Valves and Transmitters and Switches and other instruments.
Annual Shut Down Jobs and Startup Activities.
QP Offshore Oxy Projects PS - 1
Daily Online Plant Maintenance of Ammonia and Urea Plants, Trouble Shooting and Running Maintenance Jobs.
•Workshop Service Calibration of Control Valves and Transmitter and Switches and Other Instruments.

•Online Plant Maintenance, Project Installation Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine Instrument.
•Maintenance, Shutdown Instrument Calibration, Control Valves, ESD Valves, Safety Relief Valves, I/P Converters, Over-Hauling, Calibration, Checking, Startup and Commissioning Activities.
•Pneumatic and Electronic, Smart and Analog type Transmitters, Pressure, Level Flow, Temperature Transmitter, Differential Transmitter, Magnetic Flow Meter, Turbine Meter, Vortex Meter, Mass Flow Meter, Radar Tank Gausing and Switches.
•Proximeter, Vibration Systems, Speed Sensors and Other Machineries related Equipments.
•Seiger Gas, Toxic Gas Monitoring System, Familiar with ISO 9002 Standard and ISA Standard Safety Rules and Regulation.
•DCS Mod 300 ABB Taylor and TDC 3000 Honeywell, PLC Triconex ESD, Fire and Gas Telemetry, SCADA System.
•Installation internal wiring Marshalling Panel to DCS Console Cabinets, Loop Checking, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Trouble Shooting.
