• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual management information reports.
• Participate in reviewing and updating existing laws and regulations as well as developing new rules in line with international best practices to ensure the development of Qatari capital market.
• Participate in task forces and various committees inside and outside Qatar to discuss and analyze some of the issues relevant to the work of QFMA and develop the necessary proposals.
• Follow up and summarize the international and regional studies and give the appropriate conclusion and recommendation.
• Monitoring the financial news using specialist media sources.
• Assist in the budget setting, quarterly cash flow, and annual reports of QFMA.
• Conduct researches and best practice studies with required analysis for different stock market issues and submit it with a proposal or recommendation that support decision making activities.
• Review the IPOs process of the companies seeking go public including reviewing companies budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, business plans, fair value, and manage all the required communications till the process end.
• Participate in formulating and reviewing existing and new rules & regulations.
• Maintain and develop investment awareness programs through publish educational booklets, and provide courses and training sessions to brokers and analysts at Dubai Financial Market and Abu Dhabi stock exchange.

• Prepare periodical financial analysis and evaluation of Banque Misr mutual funds and investment portfolios performance considering the market index and others mutual funds performance for the purpose of reevaluating the applied strategies and take necessary corrective actions.
• Evaluate the performance of the portfolios & funds managers to calculate their fees.
• Gathering & maintaining databases of pertinent information and conduct regular analysis on market trends and stocks performance.

B- From May 2004- January 2005 : Credit Facilities Department- Overseas branch
• Prepare credit/risk analysis research to assess the creditworthiness of Clients.
• Manage the applications of credit facilities (overdraft, medium and long term loans, leasing, bonds), and perform detailed proposals with recommendations to Accept/ Reject the credit application in compliance with bank’s credit policies and procedures.
• Managing all administration work to execute loans approval, collect the financial data of the clients in frequent basis, following up communications and handle problems arising during the contracting period.
• Analyze clients' corporate financial statements in regular basis to check efficiency, liquidity and solvency in order to ensuring its compliance with contract and bank instructions.
