- Budgeting and planning resources for Saudization programs.
Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle of the Saudization programs through local hiring, career fairs at, direct recruitment and social networking.
- Act as a liaison between the HR department and other Business Units and operational areas to ensure quality training programs are developed and delivered.
