• At a development site in Ilford, I played a pivotal role in connecting the vendor with a buyer, orchestrating a successful deal. By personally identifying and bridging the gap between the parties, I facilitated a smooth exchange.
• I initiated meetings with institutional funds and developers to discuss their investment strategies and explore ways we could assist. Through these discussions, we forged partnerships and identified collaborative opportunities.
• Utilizing LandInsight mapping software, I scouted potential investment and development sites. Taking proactive steps, I reached out direct to vendors to gauge their interest in selling, initiating potential deals.
