- Lead and ensure that all HR policies, processes and specific HR directives are implemented across five Wared Group of Companies (Wared Logistics, Wared Logistics Transport, Wared Logistics Express, Wared Logistics Warehousing & Distribution, Wared Logistics International)

- Design and develop proper controls to ensure the department structure is in place to perform the HR and administration functions and to handle all government matters, in addition to liaising with Ministry of Labor & Ministry of Interior for employees’ related issues.
- Drive, challenge and support WR operational managers regarding change management, organizational, culture and people development to improve business deliverables.

- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, business deal requirements, evaluating options; resolving internal priorities and making appropriate recommendations (Talat AlTamayuz)
- Initiated partnerships which successfully led to the formulation of an establishment into a major LLC (Limited Liability Company)
- Successfully developed corporate marketing strategy and contributed in R&D of a new airline venture
- Oversee, managed and handled strategic projects for NCB Corporate, Retail and Services Division
