Prepare analyses and reports for the revenues assurance by monitoring the
statements accounts for the clients
Responsible for the overall Accounts Receivable (AR) process of issuing sales invoices, sales invoices submission to clients, sales receipts accounting, AR ledger accounting and debtors.
Receives, catalogues, and stores hard copies and electronic copies of all travels orders and invoices.
Communicate with clients on any financial matters related to their agreements and contracts.
Assist with month-end close duties and other tasks when necessary and ensure all work activities undertaken are carried out in accordance with company policies and standards.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of document control .
