 Led a team to synchronize complete process of Physical Inventory Department with a aim to protect and maximize companies profitability by identifying and recommend policies and procedures to prevent losses due to pilferages, theft, and correct reporting of physical stock to management.
 Plan complete year’s inventory schedule in consultation with department manager and business units. (Physical inventory of stock on yearly, monthly, weekly basis).
 Preparing and monitoring of weekly & monthly reports and escalating to the department heads for review of cases where discrepancies, pilferages were noticed and recommending with suitable action. (Write off or charge to the concerned).
 Inter-Department co-ordination and compliances to the department & company guidelines.

 I was responsible for the complete (monthly & yearly) physical inventory for assigned showrooms.
 Monitoring and reporting of variances of fast moving and expensive items on monthly and yearly basis.
