• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Getting Information: Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
• Performing auditing and accounting work.
• Establishing excellent working relationships.
• Maintaining of official data and preparing the financial reports.
• Analyzing the accounting actions properly.
• Maintaining the financial security of all the accounting data.
• Help the clients by providing them counseling on tactical and strategic matters.
• Making long term policies for the clients.
• Ensure accuracy for all the services.
• Logistic works regarding following up with the shipping files.

- Logistics and supply chain responsibilities:

• Auditing the documents and accounting information for the shipping files.
• Organize files both manually and electronically.
• Use data from the accounting system to evaluate performance of the shipments information.
• Interact with third party logistics service providers.
• Review bills, invoices and purchase orders.
• Ensure all payments are processed in time.
• Assist customers with inquiries.
• Reconcile hand receipts.
• Check invoices against service requests and verify invoices.
• Provide support for managing incoming shipments.
• Prepare paperwork associated with shipments.
• File invoices and manage records.
• Other HR responsibilities such as reporting for social security and Tax systems for the employees.
