Budgeting:

4.Monitor budget versus actuals and work with responsible managers to develop strategies to maximize budget efficiencies.
5.Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:
1.Issue timely and complete financial statements.
2.Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report.
3.Ensure the timely issuance of monthly & quarterly financial reports for management review.
4.Support and review the monthly closing activities.
5.Make sure all the GL ledgers and sub ledgers are reconciled and up to date.
6.Report financial results to the board of directors.
7.Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
8.Create additional analysis and reports as requested by management.

Compliance:
1.Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the interim and annual audit.
