Study a project drawings, specs and BOQ.
Upon material delivered inspect the material and submit MIR to main contractor to insure material is as per approval.
Checking all materials products goods upon receipt and notify any defects or damage to the allocated construction manger and Project Manager immediately
Prepare a mockup prior to the installation and submit WIR for main contractor approval to insure installation quality.
prepare a 1 week look ahead plan and monitor the work progress with the site supervisor
Monitoring the manpower
Managing the on-site installation of the contracted items, including the protection of the installed items from damage
To report to the Project Manager on regular daily basis
To identify risks at an early stage thus avoiding delays
To be responsible for the site occupational health and safety
Recording all goods transferred to or from the project and to insure records of surplus, spares or damaged goods are properly maintained
Monitor and supervision of all sub contractors on site.
