1) Accounts Receivable.
o Responsible for Amricana Vegetables local sales accounting department:-
• Responsible for all local sales accountant at general ledger .
• Reviewing invoices.
• Handling statements.
• Follow up collections.
• Prepare all local sales reports (Collection report - Sales profitability report ).
• Prepare P/L for local sales at all levels.
• Review local sales budget and follow up it with actual sales during the year.
• Responsible and Key user for local sales data collectors program (sales Buzz).
• Accountant member at local sales data collectors (sales Buzz) installation team.
o Responsible for preparing cash flow statement.
o Responsible for collecting Export Subsidy.
o Responsible for collecting sales tax refund for export input.
2) Accounts Payable.
o Responsible for all Fright and Customs& Clearance vendors
• Reviewing invoices, rates and statements.
• Reviewing all export customs documents.
• Handling vendor’s payments.
Job Responsibilities:-
o Responsible for all accounting statement of (real state )
o Responsible for all clients contracts (real state )
o Analyzing financial reports
o Planning all collecting plans and cash flow reports (real state).
o Handling big purchase deals (national /international) until end it.
o Participate in preparing marketing plan.
o Participate in execution planning compare with client's contracts.
o Supervision of purchases dep.
o Supervision of computer dep.
o Follow up cash collecting and banks balances.
o Analyzing the expenses.
o Price control
o Reviewing all the accounting procedures
o Making all Suppliers Transactions
o Arranging all the payments
