• Assist the line manager in organizing, planning and implementing of the Plant strategy.
• Coordinated communication between General Managers, Quality Assurance Managers, vendors and corporate personnel to insure customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring of energy consumption and prepare a presentation with analysis for the quarterly meeting with Group sustainability to develops plans.
• Conducting audit for the new suppliers to register in the company and coordinating with procurement team to follow the company policies and procedures.
• Prepares Monthly EHSS KPI Report and circulate to all concerned at the operating unit and corporate levels.
• Supports GEHS specialists in arranging joint industry emergency response drills and participate as an observer if required.
• Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items; obtaining approval from requisitioning department.
• Obtains purchased items by forwarding orders to suppliers; monitoring and expediting orders.
• Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered; resolves shipments in error with suppliers.
• Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
• Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
• Contributes to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base.
Administration:
• Co-ordination with ENOC HRD Group for employee matters like new visa, renewal of residence visas, health card, etc.
• Employment Competence Development:
o Evaluation & Updating of competency matrix in each year.
o Preparing Training Need Analysis to each department after their approval.
o Arranging annual training plan for the office staff.
• Assists Group Occupational Health specialists in the occupational health monitoring and job safety analysis and implement the same.
• Petty cash handling.
• Coordinate meeting and provide administrative support.
• Assists in arranging the transportation of inward and outward transport from the plant. Interfaces with various customers and keep them satisfied about the product availability.
• Responsible for proper storage of the materials in designated areas.
• Maintains the inventory and carrying out physical stock checks.
• Assists in the stock reconciliation.
• Arranges the proper dispatch & loading of the finished goods.
• Arranges for the customs formalities and documentation for the inward and outward movement of goods.
• Implements small continuous improvement programs.
• Ensures all the complaints are effectively addressed and resolved. Based on the complaints, work for Corrective & Preventive Action.
• Assists in effective implementation of Quality System.
• Adheres to all statutory laws and rules prescribed by various authorities pertaining to movement of goods and loading unloading operations in the plant and at the port/jetty.
• Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
• Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
• Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
• Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion
• Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
• Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
