Main duties and responsibilities:

General / Administrative roles:

• Full knowledge and experience in establishing, constructing and managing new businesses.
• Full knowledge of all related document requirements, rules and regulations by relevant government departments.
• Establish primary goals/plans and take charge through implementation these goals/plans.
• Identify and implement top action that could measurably increase short term revenues.
• Prioritize top action items for the whole group and make sure to be implemented.
• Review all leases for cost cutting and how to improve opportunities.
• Create / update short and long business plans.
• Analyze in-place systems, procedures and evaluated.

Financial roles:

• Quarterly review our internal financial statements, itemized payroll, payables and receivables list.
• Evaluate obvious, and not so obvious, problems and strengths revealed by the financial statements.
• Do realistic cash forecast for the next 90 and 180 day periods.
• Evaluate asset utilization in the short term.
• Report to partners the objective status, evaluation, recommended modifications to the short-term plans and justify any capital increase or internal finance is required.

• Evaluate organizational structure and effectiveness and reorganize if any salary adjustments are necessary.
• Identify best and worst employees in the company to plan replacing the worst and ensuring the best are motivated enough to stay.
• Review all bonus, deferred compensation and retirement plans.

Liabilities / Risks management:

• Deal with and solve the largest crises "if any".
• Review our financial credits with the banks.
• Review our debtors list on weekly basis to ensure no technical or major default happens.
• Determine which critical suppliers have suspended support due to lack of payment, or other problems.

Product lines / Marketing / Sales / Distribution roles:

• Signed partnership agreements with biggest electronic brand manufacturers in the world such as (Extron, Crestron, JVC-Kenwood, Epson, Screeninnovations, BIAMP, Christie, Da-lite, Optoma…etc).
• Register the company as an approved vendor in major Saudi government and semi-government organizations such as (Relevant ministries, ARAMCO, SABIC, King Faisal Specialized Hospital, SASO …etc)
• Analyze product delivery schedules and takes steps to improve meeting commitment dates.
• Evaluate product development timetables, budget forecasts and quality of project management systems, procedures and controls.
• Evaluate sales forecasts and trend lines for improvement opportunities in all areas, so as to generate more cash in the short-term.
• Identify best customers and most unhappy customers, as well as the company's reputation in the market.
• Evaluate pricing models for each product line and adjust accordingly.
