Apply/Lead/Execute CT new technology to increase Baker Hughes market share and lead and direct all Equipment maintenance and operation. Maintain an accurate tool and equipment allocation plan for existing and upcoming jobs in the short and tactical term.
Responsible for the planning, managing and directing assigned personnel, equipment and resources to provide services with the highest standards of safety, quality and professionalism.

Introduce fiber optic technology and implement the first worldwide Real-Time Milling with CT with ExxonMobile(RasGas) in Qatar Offshore.
Leading project from scratches by preparing all the required equipment, design Job, conduct first offshore cable injection in Schlumegrer history,
and Execute the first CT Milling with Fiber Optic successfully.
Active Specalist:
Conduct differnt fiber optic CT jobs with fiber Optic as Active Specialist, with wide fiber Optic portfolio, Real Time Downhole Data(PT, CCL, GR, TC) and `Distributed Temperature Survey.
Responsible for cable injection, DH Tools and job execution.
Thur-Tubing Specialist (Milling, Multi_lateral Tool, Logging)
Conduct different type of `CT milling jobs, Multi-Lateral Stimulation, and logging Jobs.
Focal Point with ARAMCO planners and site Foreman.
Manage and support Field operation technically and logistically
Allocate resources to meet job requirements.
Create filed ticket and review with Aramco Rep.
Allocate logistics and chemical as per job SPECS.
Assign CT Units for upcoming jobs
Review and run technical software to assure job technical aspects are met.
Perform a various Coiled Tubing Service Jobs (Clean out, De scaling, Logging, Acid Stimulation, Milling, Set Packer, N2 Lifting ) as Supervisor & Engineer.
Pumping Fluid & Nitrogen
Work as an ACTive(Fiber Optic inside CT) Specialist
Prepare High fiber optic cable to perform Distributed Temperature Survey in high temperature gas wells.
Execute different ACTive jobs with Temperature profiling along the well
Conduct basic maintenance for Coiled tubing Unit, Injector, Stripper, Power pack.
Operate Coiled Tubing Unit, Fluid Pump, Nitrogen Pump, Centrifugal Pump
Mix all Schlumberger chemical type that used in Coiled Tubing applications, Perform QA/QC (Gel, Acid, VDA, SXE, MaxCO3).
Design jobs & Proposal by running different design softwares(CoilCADE, CoilCAT, Decipher, Wellbock Stimulation, StimCADE, Well Test, Pipesim, Ultra Manager).
Implement and set up Lawful Interception System on Internet Data.
Participate in Implementation, Set up and configuration of different project element, Network, NETAPP storage system (4Peta byte), QOSMOS Probe, UTIMACO Mediation system, Brocade switches for fiber channel.
Provide Technically support to all products supplied by our group, on the highest quality assurance levels, to meet our customer's needs, and to consistently achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and customer confidence.
My graduation project was in GSM simulation where we built two devices which simulating mobile phone in voice and text messaging.
