2) Ensure that customer experience and satisfaction with the network is always positive, while offering smart and cost-effective solutions internally.

11) Audit EM (Consumable and non-consumable) spare parts availability with the sub-contractor for all types of Genset, Air-condition, Rectifier).
12) Audit all Core EM spare parts availability with the Sub-Contractor
13) Track all theft cases and make sure that the police report should submitted for each case.
14) Make sure that all access issues to be solved on time by supporting the sub-contractor with the letters needed.
15) Track the Battery test plan to cover all faulty or stolen cases.
16) Follow all Major, Critical and Emergency TTs to be closed on the agreed SLA.
17) Track the repeated TTs and initiate an action plan to close it permanently.
18) Follow and track all new sites invitation from RO team and make sure all accepted with Zero P1 snags.
19) Follow the O.H plan to be done with the agreed schedule and the reports should be submitted on time.
20) Monthly evaluation for the sub-contractor.
21) Apply penalties for the sub-Contractor in case of any contract violation.
22) Prepare the responsibility Matrix and the Scope of work, penalties for any new bidding with the sub-contractor.
23) Follow all COW movement activities and site relocation activities with our Sub-contractor.
