Operations
To manage operational functions and enforce compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures. Reporting to the Branch Manager, play the role of an active Manager on a daily basis and have been approved the special rights as the branch manager in the absence of the actual manager.
OPERATION
• Responsible for managing the overal day- to - day operations of the branch, staff development and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for insuring implimentation all bank policies and procedures.peration.
• Review and reconcile transactions in all the suspense accounts including clearing suspense, sundry debtors, sundry creditors.
• Verifying and validating of daily transactions performed at the branch (both financial & non-financial).
• Review of SAMS transactions to ensure there are no Mony Laundering concerns.
• Manage and control systems for the business unit to ensure compliance and control against fraud.
• Manage and develop the team and individual staff to ensure required levels of competence, productivity and staff motovation.
• Ensure to deliver consistently high level of customer service and effectively deal with the customer queries in order to maintain high degree of customer satisfaction
• Cost reducttion.
• BranchManagment, teller operation, monitoring and In-charge of staff conduct at the branch.

Credit Administration unit
Monitoring and Follow-up of Credit Portfolio
• Monitoring of Casual Overdrafts / Overdraft excesses .
• Early Warning - Identify problem accounts with past due ore than 30 days & below 30 days and advise Branches to take immediate steps to get the accounts regularized/avoid them becoming non-performing assets.
Management & Control
• Classifying of accounts on consultation with the Branches/Relationship Manager’s as per Basel II guidelines towards reduction of Credit risk.
• Provisioning for Bad & Doubtful debt portfolio via Cash-flow analysis based on IAS-39.
Credit Analyst.(Corporate Division)
Analysis of Credit Proposals for Corporate Customers such as Commercial Products (Overdraft, LBD, T/R, Loans, Letter of Credit, Letter of Guarantees, etc.).
Financial Analysis includes scrutinizing Financial statements: Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & Income Statement (sensitivity & Ratio Analysis) and Feasibility Studies for new and start up companies
Deposits Controller
Responsibilities included cash deposit & withdraws.
Accounting Department
• Monitoring and checking all entries of the branch.
• Preparing bank reconciliation .
• Preparing all entreis of the daily expenses .
• Performing other related duties as recuired.
Commercial Deapartment
Cheques collection, Transfers, L/G’s issuance, L/C’s issuance, L/C’s amendment, Payment of sight LC, Draft ecceptance, Draft settlement, Discrepancies acceptence and rejection, increase cash margin, shipping guarantee and delivary order and other related duties as required.
