Managing and responsible for Budgeting, Payable, General Ledger & Reporting areas
-Preparing and responsible for the financial statements
-Preparing all the required reports for and the insurance authorities
-Preparing the budget
-Following up the budget implementation with the profit centers and the service departments
-Manage and responsible for all the F&A sections (payable, receivable & general ledger)
-Responsible for the financial period closing
-Preparing the Financial statements and all the required reports
-Preparing all the required reports for and the insurance authorities
-Preparing the Budget
Responsible for all the required reports (the statutory reports for the regulators and the corporate reports for NY) for 7 Arabian countries
Manage (6 subordinates) and responsible for all the F&A sections (payable, receivable & general ledger)
-Responsible for the financial period closing
Preparing the Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash flow, Statement of Income and Statement of Revenue and Expenses to both New York and Statutory.
-Preparing all the required reports related to the GPW, NPW & Outward (By channel, customer, and producer & business drivers)
-Preparing monthly financial reports with its analysis to department heads.
-Preparing monthly operating report MOR (Statement of Revenue and Expenses).
-Review the transactions flow from the underwriting system to the finance system (front to back reconciliation) including the insurance and reinsurance reserves (UEPR, OSLR and DAC).
-Preparing Estimates
-Review all the expenses accounts actual vs. the budget on monthly basis and analyze the variances.
-Responsible for expenses allocation by cost center, profit center, and account code.
-Prepare all the required reports and analysis for the budget
-Preparing all the required reports for the regulators and the insurance authorities
-Coordinates activities with other departments and work groups as needed
