Duties
 Designing, Implementing, & maintaining IT Solutions for Multi-million Projects.
 Configure, deploy, and administering Windows 2012 Servers Environment, including corporate file system, Exchange server, DCHP, DNS, and remote servers, back-up and disaster recovery
 Consult with all Business units and Shared Services to gather requirements to design, configure, and deploy IT infrastructure systems and workflows.
 Scheduling and ensuring individual Engineers site visits
 Liaising & meeting with Suppliers of IT services and vendors.
 Launched continuous improvement initiatives to existing IT Infrastructure enable maximum running up-time for all user by collecting Usage Statistics, and providing recommendations.
 Designing and implementing LAN/WAN networks, VOIP, Firewalls, Switches, and routers.
 Managing Records of all Warranty, users, problems, and Solutions.
 Installing, configuring, & Maintaining End-user’s System, Windows OS 7, Programs, and services.
 Analyzing, and isolating system problems including security risks, viruses, malware, and DOS.
 Scheduling and Maintaining Weekly Back-up of Windows servers.
