Roles
Responsible for IT & Project planning, risk, and budgeting in term of cost and resources plan.
Manage SAP resources, priorities and provide the required guidance and leadership
Lead the process of contagious improve on inment and innovation proposal
Lead the process of external vendor selection, assessment, negotiation, project planning & execution.
Manage, assess and implement new SAP technologies like (ARIBA, S&OP, Fiori, Etc.).
Ensure the quality of project deliverable and monitoring and analyze the timing, team performance and take the corrective actions
Member of business process integration team
Deliverable for all project’s execution, RFC and incident related to MM / IM / WM / P2P.
Responsible for all row material stores locations activities which is provide all row material to 11 factory (around 75, 000 items), the main store exist on area of 40, 000 M
B.Tech is retail and Whole sales Company it's a dealer for some renowned brands Like ( Sony, Dawoo, Ariston, Crafft, Phillips, etc) the warehouse manager responsible for all warehouse activities include ( stores, fleet, dispatch ) as follow :
Stores section
Receiving goods from inside and outside Egypt including all of needed house goods, storing it in a good shape, deliver it again to our customers
Fleet Section
Manage, maintain, control all of B.tech Vehicles and keep it in a good shape
Dispatch Section
Receiving sales order and rearrange it into plan according to available goods and Vehicles with a high performance of dispatch indicators.
responsible for income statement and balance preparing and controlling all Depts. in the financial Sector .
responsible for revenue analysis and control for 24 branches all over Egypt
member of the team work which responsible for transferring the financial Dept. from manual system to computer system using alpha system.
