Providing excellent customer service experience to all customers. Understand issues from the Customer's perspective and provide a consistently high level of service to meet their needs.
Conducting regular staff meeting to trace improvement and challenging operation issues.
Organized Employees' Assessment in cooperation with Human Resources Department
Comparing the work in progress against the required milestone in the business / project plan
Direct and supervise the implementation of yearly sales objectives as per the sales forecast
Expanding both horizontal and vertical company customer base
Enhance sales volumes and monitor dues and escalate its collection

Forecast and maintain products availability from the source for various products.

Negotiate rebate and discounts with major suppliers on mutual & yearly basis.
Conduct regular suppliers meeting for business achievements and correct any deviation.

Minimize capital invested in stock and maximize products turnover in accordance with supplier's arrangements and company goal objectives.
Keeps acute observation on improvements for costs, wastage, and profits
Work with the media for promotion activity
Improve own performance and working methods with the work team to in upgrade effectiveness of working relationships
