• Develop time schedule for 79 projects and follow during the different phases (design, biding and build) and ensure that the Contract, client Requirements and specifications Are Met.
• Develops, implements, and maintains project control reports such as Weekly Dashboard, Weekly Reports and Monthly Project Status Reports about planning.

• Review in detail the recovery schedules as submitted by the Contractors Review reports submitted by Contractor and report to director any deficiency or non-compliance.
• Review any claim involving time impact submitted by the Contractor and report his assessment to the Contracts Manager.
• Advise the Project director of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and monthly Executive meetings and participate in preparing the agenda.
• Assist Contracts/Construction Managers during the preparation of Progress reports and Executive Presentations.

• Manage and Reviewing Preparation of Projects Time Schedules, Planning Issues and Claims for All Sites to Ensure Contract Requirements Are Met.
• Follow-Up Contractor's Schedules & Reviewing Targets by Using P6 Professional Program.
• Establish project progress monitoring techniques and reports.
