Seek to fully understand ICT business, identifying customer issues/needs/problems that we can solve with ourpropositions & solutions and sell our solution to assist the customer
Responsible for achieving your individual quota that will be allocated in a fair and equitable manner according to the market segment allocated to you by your Manager.
Build the resource required to enable you to deliver your target, build sales campaigns and work with other teams including commercial, technical and operational aspects of a project as well as executive engagement
Maximise the margin from each sale with up selling and cross selling.
Provide regular accurate margin based forecasts based upon when the revenue for each contract is booked and recognised
Build and maintain high quality relationships with customers and internal colleagues, ensuring that the company strategy is adhered to
Ensure all sales campaigns follow the company sales methodology.
Adopt and follow all company processes and procedures as required, such as forecasting and deal registration and proposal processes
Attend relevant training courses when required
Appropriate engagement post sale with regard to project deployment, working closely with the projects and delivery team
Maintain a sound level of commercial awareness around commercial/payment agreements - highlighting any potential issues before they arise
Prior to any sale being agreed, liaise with Finance to ensure that a D and B credit check is undertaken to ensure the stability of our customer base
Promote and evangelise the Mobily brand at all times
