• Preparing the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) of the Project; which included finishing, sanitary, electric, and HVAC works, after thoroughly studying the design; to be submitted to the Owner as Tender Documents, along with the General Instructions Book.
• - Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims frovm suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
• Perform technical and commercial review of Tenders (Contractors & subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of Service agreements
• Reviewing the Contractors’ offers for the tender (both Technical & Financial), and preparing a detailed report about the bidders’ proposals.
• Reviewing the Contractor’s Quantity Sheets, and Invoices, and Charging The Clients.
• Purchasing of special appliances, and Managing their installation.
• Translation of detailed BOQ’s and Invoices; from Arabic to English, and vice versa.
• Work with contractors and practice among them
• Should be able to independently prepare resource and cost loaded schedule, monitor and report on the projects progress.
• Should be an expert in Earned Value Techniques and in EOT claims preparation.
• Should have good ability to lead and train the junior planners, provide support and advice on the planning system.

• Prepare monthly project report for the monitoring of the project activities on a daily basis and register all issues relating to the project promptly to the project manager and management.
