Utilize all supplier resources to provide proper assistance and implement reports to suppliers
Establishing rapport with customers in person and on the phone and visiting customer’s site to obtain the information needed to place orders parts
Constantly communicates with Technicians to obtain information about necessary repairs and spare parts required
Keeps records for lost sale list
Service and spare parts sales engineer using caterpillar programs (DBS (AS400), SIS & HIS) making a good communication with the customers
Use caterpillar resources like parts sales kit (PSK), one safe source to find parts to make customers satisfy.
Contact with customer to offer company program like repair option, (custom track service)
Contact with customer to update data about his machine and any information
Prepare a quote (service and parts)
