- Suggest new Processes Modules for Achieving Cost-Effective Solutions .
- Supervise Supply chain Contracts with 3rd Party Service Providers .
- Daily Monitor Stock Categories and find Solutions to Minimize Stock Slow and Non-Moving Products in Stock .
- Control, Develop & sustain Supply chain Module in ERP System .
- Monitor Daily Operations with Purchasing, Sales and Last Mile Delivery Team .
- Evaluate, Hire and Train required Staff as per approved structure .
- Control Supply Chain yearly Budget .
- Enforce strict adherence to safety standards for Warehouses and Transportation .
- Ensure accurate and Complete documentation Cycle .
- Build and maintain good Business relationship with 3rd Party Service Providers .
- Fix and Develop Supply chain Reports, KPI's & Dashboard in system .
