- Determination of training needs assessments for technicians in the same organization.
- Designing and delivering training to technicians in the same organization and external ones in the production, mechanical power and maintenance domain according to skill level standards.
- Create appropriate computer based training materials in co-operation with subject matter experts.
- And an Instructor for a lot of courses like:
• Introduction for mechanical maintenance.
• Basics of assembly and disassembly for mechanical parts.
• How to read mechanical drawings?
• Modern ways for mechanical maintenance.
• Basics for lubrication and greasing methods.
• Interaction skills with others.
• Presentation skills.
• Problem solving and making decision.
• Time Management.

• Office package(word, excel and power point).
