Startup company that develops and deploys Tajjer platform (“Merchant” in Arabic language), specialized Commerce digital transformation (Commerce as a Service). Supported with real-time marketing and trade fabric, based on Omni-channel customer engagement, order request and fulfillment, and a Decision Support Solution (DSS). Tajjer platform is integrated with several mobile application channels modules, including customer engagement management, business rules management, logistics and supply chain management, dispatching services, control management, and real-time analytical and statistical management.
Duties:
• Build and innovate several business models and plans to acquire new business partnerships or strategic customers/industries.
• Work on developing product life-cycle and roadmap developments and monitor the communication between all related teams focusing to achieve our delivery objective.
• Develop company standards like company passion, ethics, and customers’ SLA and link them to clear and realistic KPIs to be achieved.
• Prepare 5-year business plan and monitor the achievements.
• Work closely with company outsource consultants and advisories to monitor and maintain our go-to-market strategy.
• Coach all team members in time management, projects delivery, and innovation and creativity products planning cycle.
Achievements:
• Early 2012: we launched successfully our omni-channel marketplace platform over cloud.
• 2013: we have been nominated as one of market leaders in online grocery stores chain.
• 2015: we introduced to Tajjer’s cloud services for SMEs.
• 2017: we successfully signed with Telecom Egypt a partnership agreement for SMEs.
Successfully ranked Tajjer as an omni-channel operation market leader, and as “High Quality” online shopping in Egypt.
Engaged with EMEA regional manager to support, manage, implement and deploy WeDo’s vision to establish an Egyptian office serving Middle East & Africa projects under the supervision of EMEA department, managed the customers’ projects deliveries, and maintained customer relationship and satisfactions within project scope and project estimates without impacting the quality of service.
Achievements:
• Hire a projects logistics team to maintain our logistics SLA with regional customers.
• Headhunt qualified resources that have high technical knowledge with project delivery experiences to work with EMEA resources for knowledge transfer and handover the projects.
Build a 2nd layer of juniors and fresh graduated candidates that can work closely with our international experienced resources as a part of knowledge transfer.
Promoted by CEO to re-structure the operations management, sales and customer relations management to achieve higher services levels, to increase sales and to improve projects profitability.
Appointed by CEO to re-structure the GCC professional service department, and leading technical teams in complex engagements with customers to achieve higher services levels, to build company case studies with customers and improve projects profitability.
Achievements:
• Successfully turned all projects losses into profit by focusing on delivering projects’ successful criteria and agreed with our clients to sign outsourcing agreements for the development of the wish lists they have.
• Successfully turned our region revenue model to focus on project consultation rather than licenses commission, which allowed us to achieve good margins between Gulf prices and Egypt using a competitive pricing.
• Successfully implemented and delivered several strategic projects, like Emirates ID Authority and Abu Dhabi Airport supported with successful case studies
