Manage and co-ordinate activities of all site-team members involved in the implementation and monitoring of compliance with the client’s requirements and procedures on the Project. Represent the site organization on all HES matter and responsible for motivating personnel and developing staff.
Prepares, coordinates and develops HSE systems and procedures for the Plant including activities such as accident prevention, environmental protection, waste disposal, hazard analyses, training, educational and inspection programmers, contractors' safety management Reviews proposals for new projects, work systems and plant modifications with other department heads, prior to their implementation, to ensure compliance with the plant safety policies and procedures Participates in risk evaluation analysis
Establishes the annual occupational health, safety and environmental objectives for operation. Assists Plant departments to establish their HSE performance standards and meeting their annual HSE plans.Prepares reports and statistics on HSE, special HSE incidents and operations activities. Participates or directs accident investigations pertaining to employee injuries and/or damage to plant facilities or equipment and participates in preparing necessary reports.Prepares the capital and operating budgets for Health, Safety and Environment. Controls expenditure to ensure that they remain within budget limits. Reports variances to Management with explanations Issue monthly report on the perform Plant operation on Health, Safety and Environment KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and monitor HSE compliance against legal and other requirements. Organize HSE audits, issue audit report and follow-up non-compliance report until close out.
