Managing a protfolio of realestate finance exceeding 200M KWD.
• Evaluate credit applications including financing structure, application terms and; conditions, and covenents.
• Develop Credit Application Momerandum (CAM) and submit it to concerned parties within the bank for approval.
• Support and guide Relationship Managers and Relationship Officers to assess the financial applications under their responsibility.
• Perform annual review for the whole portfolio to identify risks and decide on mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a single point of contact to customers’ in the portfolio, and follow up internally with other departments to ensure the timely processing of customers’ requests.
• Develop executive and management reports including but not limited to: Collateral Coverage, Routing Rentals, and Customers’ commitments to their obligations.
• Acting as a reference for real estate finacing providing training and advisory to other departments.
• Acted as a business owner for the CAM Approval Automation System, defining strategy, providing business requirement, verifying deliveries and championing the adoption within the various bank departments.
• Act as a business owner of Risk Assessment Self Operation (ORSA) for the real estate department responsible of managing and providing relevant information to various teams in Risk Operations.
• Interview and train new employees joining the department.
• Review and propse suggestions to improve procedures and policies followed inside the department and acorss department and work with concerned individuals across department to implement improvement opportunities.
• Lead the generation of Audit Reports for real estate departments for internal and external audit purposes.
