• Participate with boards to set company strategic objectives and goals
• Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
• Leading the organization’s HR departments, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS) and financial planning of the department
• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
• Approval and managing the HR department’s annual budget
• Consolidates annual "man power planning" and "staffing sheet" from department heads, conducts necessary analysis.
• Promotes the concept of "Performance Based Workplace" and ensures all HR systems feedback to employees and management
•Develops "HR Policies and Procedures Manual" covering all managed areas i.e.; Recruitment, Performance Management, and training and Organization development.
•Prepares annual training budget incorporating the performance appraisal results and training needs assessment.
•Consolidates annual "man power planning" and "staffing sheet" from department heads, conducts necessary analysis .
•Ensures that performance appraisal runs are done on time, and prepares "annual performance management" .
•Develops relevant training programs, qualifies trainers, rolls out annual training calendar and subcontracts training providers when needed.
•Ensures training plan execution efficiency and evaluates training programs.
•Prepare career development and succession plan for talent employees
•Ensures continuous inflow of candidates evaluates recruitment sources and monitors recruitment cycle efficiency.
•Promotes the concept of "Performance Based Workplace" and ensures all HR systems feedback to employees and management.
•Ensures ongoing corporate communication, and the execution of all communication forums
•Develops relevant training programs, qualifies trainers, rolls out annual training calendar and subcontracts training providers when needed.
•Ensures training plan execution efficiency and evaluates training programs.
•Prepare annual Training Needs Analysis to set the training pan
•Prepare career development and succession plan for talent employees
•Working in Client Installation and maintenance, Network Management, Development Applications and All Back Office Component including MS Exchange Server, Remote Access Server, Internet Information Server and MS Proxy Server.
