 HAZOP review on project designs during Basic and Detailed Engineering using PHAWorks software;

 Risk assessment and mitigation of vapor cloud, fire modeling and explosion modeling using modern program and calculations using Shell FRED/SHEPHERED software;
 Risk assessment and mitigation of vapor cloud, fire modeling and explosion modeling using modern program and calculations using PHAST / SAFETI software;
 Risk assessment and mitigation of vapor cloud, fire modeling and explosion modeling using modern program and calculations using BP CIRRUS software;
 Conducting Flare Radiation / Dispersion Analysis using Flarsim software;
 Conducting Consequence Based Approach Fire and Gas Assessment study using FRED/PHAST software);
 Plot plan review and updating in accordance with safety laws and regulations;
 Fire mains water networks design using PIPENET software;
 Fire water pumps / fire water tanks calculation and sizing;
 Fixed firewater spray systems calculation and design using PIPENET software;
 Fixed firewater foam systems calculation and design using PIPENET software;
 Fixed gaseous fire fighting systems calculation and design;
 Fixed and portable firefighting equipment selection and sizing all in accordance with International laws and standards;
 Fire & gas detection system selection and design;
 Prepare philosophies (Fire Protection, detection & alarm, safety & loss prevention);
 Preparing Fire protection layouts, Fire and Gas layouts, life saving equipment layouts and Escape Route Layouts;
 Prepare hazard area classification schedule and drawing;
 Prepare fire proofing specification, schedule and drawings;
 Prepare and issue HSE plans, system specifications and philosophies, data sheets and complete material requisition;
 Evaluate tenders/ offers and issue technical evaluation reports;
 Carry out vendor document reviews;
 Following up fabrication, inspection and witness tests at supplier fabrication factories;
 Participate in construction supervision, commissioning and start-up of projects;
 Preparing and conducting training programs related to safety and fire fighting;

 Assigned as HAZOP / HAZID Facilitator using (PHAWork Software Developed by Primatech ) for the following Projects:

• NEEM Pipeline Project, Including Launcher And Receiver;
• GUPCO, Crude Oil Production Facility;
• BAPETCO, Water Disposal Facilities Project.
