KA international today is a main reference for interior designers and all professionals involved in the interior design world, the wide range of products and personal style has made it perfectly recognizable and can create thousands of different and versatile ambiences, elegant atmospheres, all of which designed exclusively for each customer.
Working at first as jeddah branch manager, I helped setting up the policies, procedures, and internal control and worked on applying them so I was able to increase the profits by 100% and cut down the expenses to over than 30% by applying efficient and effective management strategies.
One of the main achievements is putting an effective system for the warehouse which was a great success that the top management had applied for all the KSA shops.

- Plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability, and to contribute to the executive management of the company.

My responsibilities included:

- Ensuring that the internal control framework is operating effectively in accordance with the company's policies and regulations.
