I am working currently as a charge nurse of the emergency departments since 01.04.2007 up to now except the period from March 2015 to May 2016, i worked as an in charge of the occupational health unit. - I contribute actively in the orientation program and competencies for the newly hired nurses by conducting (IV cannulation & IV therapy, Drug calculation, IV bolus medication, Crash cart and Defibrillator workshop, Airway management, ambulance competencies, and mock drills)
- I established an accredited CNE programs through HAAD since 2008, and i was the coordinator and one of the speakers
- I established training site affiliated with SKMC under AHA (I teach BLS, HS, ACLS, PALS, and PEARS courses).
- I set key performance indicators (KPIs), smart goals and objectives and strategic planning
- I contribute in staff selection interviews
- I contribute in technical evaluation of the medical equipment / consumables
